Shipping and Delivery

We offer free expedited shipping on all of our full price footwear purchases in the continental United States. Flat rate shipping of $7 will apply to purchases with promotional codes but will still ship via expedited shipping. Orders will be shipped typically within 1-2 days and via UPS or USPS priority shipping. Worldwide shipping is offered as well at an additional charge. All packages are shipped in unmarked boxes for your privacy and protection. 


We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. Returns will be accepted and issued a refund of the product purchase price if shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. You can either receive a refund or store credit. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping as well as tracking and/or insurance if they choose to insure. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping labels are provided on an individual basis depending on the circumstance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

All items must be returned or exchanged in new, unworn condition and be accompanied by the original box and packaging. Leather must not be creased, scuffed or bent too much so please be careful when trying on your boots and shoes. We reserve the right to not issue a refund or to discount the value of your refund if the boots or shoes are worn, overly creased or scuffed. We want to ensure all of our customers get a great product which is why we ask that they be treated delicately if you decide to return or exchange them. We must be notified via our email at of an item being sent back for either a return or exchange. Please include your full name, email, phone number, order details and the reason for the return/exchange. Refunds for returns will be issued within 7-10 business days. 

We strongly encourage customers to try on all footwear on carpeted surfaces or indoors with dirt and debris-free surfaces to reduce the risk of marking the soles and/or heels. If they are marked or tried on outside they will be considered worn and will not be eligible for return or exchange. We think of the next person who may receive the returned footwear and strive to give everyone the best quality product in the best possible condition. Depending on each situation where a boot/shoe is returned with wear, the return may be subject to a 50% restocking fee of the original purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange due to any signs of wear, marking, damage, or reasons we deem necessary given the circumstance. Prices on all product as well as shipping policies are subject to change due to market costing on component commodities as well as fuel charges for shipping.
