Boot and Leather
A one-of-a-kind addition to your footwear collection, this special collaboration boot with Stitchdown.com—the leading buyer’s guide for quality men’s footwear—was made to capture the essence of the night sky. The Nighthawk Allen boot features blue kudu leather with gray and black undertones from England’s famed C.F. Stead tannery.
Kudu are species of antelope whose hides often display significant natural scarring from a life lived in the Eastern and Southern African bush. These inconsistent imperfections mean each pair displays a truly unique look. Our kudu leather has a suede backside to it, which provides a luxurious feel for your feet and ankles, as well as a fast break-in.

Pre-orders are now open through January 20th, 2020. After January 20th we will begin production which will take 10-12 weeks. All orders are shipped with express shipping.
Since this is a made to order item, returns and exchanges are accepted either for store credit or they are honored as an even exchange for another pair of boots.
Sizing and Last
We recommend ordering 1/2 size smaller than your sneaker size. If you wear a 10.5 in sneakers such as Nike, Adidas, Vans, New Balance etc. we would suggest ordering a 10 in our boots. Our sizing runs true to Brannock sizing as well.
If you have any questions regarding sizing please contact us prior to purchasing at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can also assist in identifying the right size for you based off of what you wear in other brands of shoes.
Transparency and Practice
We believe in making our product in the U.S. to help revive the American manufacturing industry. The materials used to make this boot came from the below states:
Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois, New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
For this boot, the kudu leather originates from Africa and is tanned in England. However, we order the leather through a US-based company in order to support American jobs. Each year the antelope numbers in South Africa skyrocket. In order to prevent the formation and spread of disease, government-regulated population control is conducted to moderate the growing numbers of antelope. The meat is then distributed to towns and villages in need of food, and the hides become available for purchase.
