Shipping and Delivery

We offer free ground shipping on all of our footwear purchases. Orders will be shipped typically within 1-2 days and will be shipped via UPS or USPS priority shipping. We currently only ship to the lower 48 states, however, depending on each situation we may be able to make accommodations to this policy so we encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing via our general email at info@parkhurstbrand.com.

Returns/Exchanges

We make all of our boots true to size so that you can feel comfortable ordering your true dress shoe size or a half size down from your sneaker size. Returns will be accepted and issued a refund of the product purchase price if shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping as well as tracking and/or insurance if they choose to insure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned or exchanged in new, unworn condition and be accompanied by the original box and packaging. We must be notified via our email at info@parkhurstbrand.com of an item being sent back for either a return or exchange. Please include your full name, email, phone number, order details and the reason for the return/exchange. Refunds for returns will be issued within 7-10 business days.

For footwear with leather soles and/or heels we cannot accept a return or exchange for soles or heels that are marked or worn. We do not suggest try-ons on tile surfaces, outdoors or pavements of any kind. We strongly encourage customers to try on footwear with leather soles and heels on carpeted surfaces or indoors with dirt and debris-free surfaces to reduce the risk of marking the soles and/or heels. If they are marked or tried on outside they will be considered worn and will not be eligible for return or exchange. Depending on each situation accommodations might be made and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the original purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange due to any signs of wear, marking, damage, or reasons we deem necessary given a circumstance.
